Agreed... I'm not into facial piercings. In some cases the nose, depends on the girl though. Other than that, the only place I like to see it is the ears.
I think that cheek piercings can look tremendously good. They blend well in the face, and even if it is quite an uncommon piercing, and even if it could be seen as rather "extreme" (in a sense of how far you opt to go with facial piercings), it simply "cuteifies" the wearer. I see a similarity with hoops here...
