I apologize for the long wait, January was a hectic month for me and I didn't have much time to think about this site. I tallied up the results, and overall I'm quite disappointed with them, I was really hoping for a bigger response. I had planned on doing another contest for February, since it marks the one year anniversary for this site, but seeing how this contest went I'm not sure if I'll bother.
Anyways, on to the results...
The winner for gallery submissions was EarringGod with 173 submissions. he was closely followed by abidjc1 and temporaryFetish. He will be receiving a copy of all my hoop related photos on CD or DVD.
The winner for video submissions is Jessie with 14 submissions, maybach76 was the runner up on this one with 9 submissions.
And finally for the forum posts I am the most disappointed. This would've been the easiest area to win if anyone was serious about it, but it doesn't look like anyone was. The most posts were by me, followed by Si with 7 posts. Now in this particular case I think I'm going to offer Si a runner up prize since I obviously can't win this.
So I will be contacting each of these winners over the next little bit to make sure they get their prizes. Thanks to all who participated!
I would also like to mention that not all submissions were accepted, any duplicate images/videos were denied as were videos submitted to the links section of the site. The same goes for any low quality images, or irrelevant images. Overall the majority of the submissions were accepted, but many had to be denied since I only want quality content on this site. For future contests, I may also impose a rule that the submissions have to be submitted to the right album, as part of the reason it took me so long to go through them all is because people were submitting them to the wrong folders and it made it a complete pain for me to retag them all.
