Strikes me as odd that she'd put the larger one in the second hole, usually I would think you'd see it the other way around. I'd also prefer to see the same style of hoop for both.

Ohh, the the order is not so important. I think, the most important thing is, that the hoops are able to swing free. In other words, this combination is at least so interesting as the normal way of hoops getting smaller to the top of the ear. And the different style is something, that gives the ear a special touch.
