It's a documentation, that the famous kidnapping victim has discovered the world of earrings. Natascha is actually a very pretty girl, but unfortunately she eated too much after her kidnapping time. Her face and some other body parts got wider. This is an expression of the psychic trauma, she got in imprisonment. So I see no reason to run down the pic.
