The hoop has reversed in her ear so you can see the wire pullng against her lobe. It looks like this oicture was snalled just as she raised her hand to ruturn the hoop to its normal position, and we all got a treat

That's probably why she took them off half way through the song.
It's a shame she hasn't been wearing her hoops lately...
